Clementine Pomegranate and Yogurt Oat Pots

Ingredients

  • 45 g / 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 120 ml / 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla bean powder or vanilla essence
  • Handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 60 ml / 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 clementine
  • Pumpkin seeds optional
  • Maple Syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk and spices in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer oat mixture into a bowl, jam jars or a glass (e.g whiskey tumbler)
  • Leave overnight
  • The follow morning, add pomegranate seeds and yogurt. Peel your clementine and add it on top of the yogurt.
  • Finish with a small handful of pumpkin seeds and a light drizzle of maple syrup.
