Chocolate Covered Walnuts

Chocolate covered walnuts with chilli. The perfect sweet bite for the holidays!

  • 150 g / 5.3 oz dark chocolate >70%
  • 100 g / 1 cup walnuts
  • chilli flakes
  • flake salt


  • Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave
  • Add the walnuts and stir until each walnut is evenly coated with chocolate
  • With the help of a fork, place the walnuts on a tray lined with baking paper. 
  • Add a little bit of chilli and salt on each nut
  • Place in the fridge to cool down (if you choose to temper your chocolate you don't need to place the chocolate in the fridge)
  • Enjoy!
