Chocolate Covered Walnuts
Chocolate covered walnuts with chilli. The perfect sweet bite for the holidays!
- 150 g / 5.3 oz dark chocolate >70%
- 100 g / 1 cup walnuts
- chilli flakes
- flake salt
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave
Add the walnuts and stir until each walnut is evenly coated with chocolate
With the help of a fork, place the walnuts on a tray lined with baking paper.
Add a little bit of chilli and salt on each nut
Place in the fridge to cool down (if you choose to temper your chocolate you don't need to place the chocolate in the fridge)
