Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower about 400 g
  • 4-6 garlic gloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • Fresh parsley


  • Preheat oven to 200° C / 392°F
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Take the whole garlic bulbs and lightly crush them with the flat side of a knife or your hand.
  • Place the cauliflower and garlic on a lined baking tray. Add oil and salt and massage it all with your hands.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Take out, sprinkle the parmesan and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Chop your parsley and sprinkle over the roasted cauliflower.
